If the product area is less than 120 square feet, a separate building permit is not required in most regions.

Only 3 basic preparations are required, which are simple to complete with no extra hassle:
① Site Clearing: Remove obstacles such as debris, gravel, weeds and other clutter from the installation site.
② Ground Leveling: Carry out construction in accordance with the provided Site Foundation Design Drawings.
③ Precise Marking: Mark installation positioning lines on the leveled ground according to the dimensions of the house modules.

The house adopts an integrated wiring harness design. On-site power connection only requires quick plugging-in; no wire stripping or splicing is needed.
A professional electrician is not required for traditional embedded wiring work.

Mounting positions for air conditioning and ventilation systems are pre-reserved in the product, making additional installation extremely easy.
If your region has special climate-related requirements for air conditioning installation, we can also provide regionally enhanced versions to ensure stable and efficient operation under specific environmental conditions.

Delivery will be completed within 30–40 days after the order is confirmed and takes effect. We appreciate your understanding for any delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
